Databases

Databases allow for a targeted search for scientific information and often provide links to the full text. Both the University of Hamburg (UHH) and the Max-Planck-Institute for Meteorology (MPI-M) license different databases. To access them and their content you have to be within the IP-range of the licensing institution.

Regarding the UHH that means that you have to be connected with the network on campus (e.g. eduroam) or you can use the login credentials of your library card.

To access the databases licensed by the MPI-M you can use the PCs in our library.
