AccessScience is a multidisciplinary online database for MINT students, lecturers and professionals. The technical papers cover all important areas of mathematics, computer science, natural sciences and technology. AccessScience enables science faculties to design curricula with innovative lessons that appeal to the students and inspire them. AccessScience closes the gap between the lecture hall and independent MINT research with its MINT teaching and learning database, which was developed especially for students and laypersons.
The field of Earth Sciences, with its many facets, is also appealing and designed as an ideal starting point for research. The downloadable images and animations bring MINT topics to life. In addition, AccessScience offers 3,000 biographies of well-known scientific personalities.
The trial will run until the end of May 2020 within the IP-Domain of the University of Hamburg. There is also a collection of open access articles.
Please feel free to give us feedback on your experiences with the database and whether you would like to continue working with it beyond the trial period.
